Zerrah_What could a lawyer do if I was accused of making a late payment?_Credit

By admin | Jan 26, 2011

I have two delinquent balances submitted to the credit bureaus that I payed in full. I'm having trouble challenging them, however, and think a letter from a lawyer might be taken more seriously (both to the credit bureaus and the original credit card companies.) How much does a lawyer normally charge for this? Would it be worth the investment?
Answer:
Did you get a signed settlement agreement before you paid off these collection accounts?
